Homebit is on the App Store. Features and support channels may evolve as the app is updated.
Where are my rooms saved?
Your rooms are stored locally on your device. Homebit does not currently require an account or upload your room designs to a Homebit cloud service.
How do I keep a room safe?
Save your changes before leaving the editor. Removing the app or clearing its data may remove locally stored rooms. Device backups may help, but their behaviour depends on your iPhone and backup settings.
Why did an object or finish change?
Homebit is regularly updated, and updates may adjust the object catalogue, materials or editor behaviour. Restart the app first. If the problem remains, note the room, object and action that caused it so the issue can be reproduced.
What should I include in a bug report?
Please include:
- your iPhone model and iOS version;
- the Homebit version shown in the app;
- the exact steps that led to the problem;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- a screenshot or screen recording when it helps explain the issue.
Do not include personal information or private room content unless it is necessary and you choose to share it.
Can I turn analytics off?
Yes. Optional product analytics remain off until you choose to enable them, and the app includes a permanent opt-out. The Privacy Policy explains what may be collected and what Homebit deliberately excludes.
Where can I download Homebit?
Homebit is available for iPhone on the App Store.
How do I contact support?
Write to contact@stanleon.cc and include the details listed above.
