Terms of Use

The ground rules for using Homebit’s website and mobile application.

Last updated 2026-10-16

Notice. Homebit is available on the App Store. Homebit is published by Stan Leon (contact@stanleon.cc). Apple’s standard App Store terms also apply to your use of the app.

1. Accepting these terms

By accessing the Homebit website or using the Homebit application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or application.

2. What Homebit provides

Homebit is a cosy room-decorating application that lets you arrange objects, customise finishes, save rooms locally and create images of your spaces. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product evolves.

3. Permission to use Homebit

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use Homebit for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and any applicable App Store rules. This permission does not transfer ownership of Homebit, its code, art, audio, brand or other intellectual property.

4. Your rooms and exports

You keep any rights you already have in your original creative choices and content. You permit Homebit to process that content on your device only as needed to provide the features you request. You are responsible for ensuring that anything you add, import or share does not violate another person’s rights or the law.

5. Fair use of the product

You must not:

  • use Homebit for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
  • attempt to bypass security, access controls or technical limits;
  • interfere with the website, application or services used to operate them;
  • extract or reuse Homebit assets in a way that infringes intellectual property rights;
  • reverse engineer the application except where applicable law expressly allows it.

6. Updates and your data

Homebit is updated over time and may contain errors. Rooms are stored locally on your device, so removing the app or clearing its data may delete them. Keep copies of anything important that you export.

7. Third-party services

Homebit may rely on third-party services for distribution, optional analytics, surveys, hosting and security. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. The Privacy Policy explains the current data flows.

8. Intellectual property

Homebit’s name, logo, software, interface, voxel assets, illustrations, sounds and written material are owned by the publisher or used under licence. Nothing in these terms permits you to copy, sell, sublicense or distribute them outside normal use of the product.

9. Availability and warranties

We aim to make Homebit reliable and enjoyable, but the website and application are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. Any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the application, service interruption or loss of locally stored data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

11. Ending use

You may stop using Homebit at any time. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or respond to a serious breach of these terms.

12. Governing rules and changes

Mandatory laws that apply to you, including non-waivable consumer protections, continue to apply. For any question or dispute, contact contact@stanleon.cc.

We may update these terms when Homebit changes. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
